  • Yes! We ship pan-India to all major cities and most pin codes. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery availability in your area.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes:

    - Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai): 3-5 days
    - Other cities and towns: 5-7 days

    You'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

  • Absolutely. Every order is bubble-wrapped, box-packed and secured before dispatch. Collectibles are fragile — we treat every order like it's going into our own collection.

  • Yes! Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

  • Not yet — we currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon. Drop us a message and we'll notify you when it's available for your country.

  • Yes. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track directly from your NOOB TOYS account under "My Orders."

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order moves into processing and we're unable to make changes.
    To cancel or modify, WhatsApp us immediately at +91 70489 88550 with your order number.

  • Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, WhatsApp us with your registered email address and we'll sort it out immediately.

  • Yes! We accept pre-orders on select items. Pre-order products are clearly marked on the product page with an estimated arrival date.
    Full payment is required at the time of pre-ordering.

  • We accept all major payment methods:

    Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders.

  • If a product is listed on our store without a "Sold Out" tag, it's in stock and ready to ship. We update inventory in real-time.

    We review all applications within 24 hours and notify you via WhatsApp on approval.

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under these conditions:

    ✅ Item is in original, unopened packaging
    ✅ All seals and tags are intact
    ✅ Item is not a pre-order or limited edition

    Items opened or removed from original packaging cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

  • We're so sorry — that should never happen. Here's what to do:
    1. Take clear photos/video of the damage immediately on delivery

    3. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice
