NOOB Toys specializes in premium toys, collectibles, and imported products.
Most items listed are:
• Pre-Order Products
• Imported on demand
• Sourced from international suppliers
By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery timelines may vary due to international logistics and customs processes.
3. Pre-Order Agreement
When purchasing a Pre-Order item:
• You understand the estimated delivery window is 15 days to 2 months
• Delivery timelines are not guaranteed dates
• Delays caused by suppliers, shipping partners, or customs are beyond our control
Orders are placed with international suppliers after payment confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
• All orders are prepaid only
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation
• Shipping charges are additional and calculated separately
NOOB Toys reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent transaction.
5. Pricing & Availability
• All prices are listed in INR
• Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier or currency fluctuations
• Once payment is confirmed, price changes will not affect that order
• Product availability depends on supplier stock
If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping & Delivery
• Estimated delivery: 15–60 days
• Shipping charges are separate from product price
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type and destination
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details
NOOB Toys is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Customs clearance
• Courier disruptions
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
7. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of order placement
• Once the supplier confirms the order, cancellation may not be possible
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Product Condition & Packaging
Due to international shipping:
• Minor box dents or packaging imperfections may occur
• Such minor cosmetic issues do not qualify for refund
If the product itself is damaged, customers must report within 48 hours with proper proof.

• Images
• Product descriptions
• Graphics
are the property of NOOB Toys and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
NOOB Toys shall not be held liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays caused by third-party logistics or customs
• Manufacturer production delays
• Losses resulting from misuse of products
Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
11. Force Majeure
NOOB Toys shall not be responsible for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Strikes

12. User Conduct
Customers agree not to:

• Initiate false chargebacks

13. Governing Law
