Refund & Cancellation
At NOOB Toys, we deal primarily in imported and pre-order collectibles. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
After Supplier Confirmation
Once your order has been placed with our international supplier:
• Cancellation may not be possible.
• If cancellation is approved at that stage, a partial refund may be issued after deducting supplier charges, transaction fees, and processing costs.
• In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
2. Pre-Order Items (Important)
Most products sold by NOOB Toys are Pre-Order / Imported Items.
This means:
• Products are ordered specifically for you
• Payments are forwarded to international suppliers
• Items cannot be easily resold or returned
Because of this:
• Refunds are generally not applicable once the supplier order is confirmed
• Customers are advised to order carefully
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
✔ The supplier cancels the order
✔ The product becomes permanently unavailable
✔ The item is lost in transit (confirmed by courier)
✔ Severe manufacturing defect (subject to verification)
In such cases:
• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged product:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of packaging
• An unboxing video (strongly recommended)
After verification:
• Replacement may be provided (subject to availability)
• If replacement is not possible, refund may be processed
Claims without proof or beyond 48 hours may not be accepted.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
• Delays within the estimated delivery window (15–60 days)
• Minor box dents (common in international shipping)
• Change of mind after supplier confirmation
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Refusal to accept delivery
6. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Shipping is calculated separately and paid in addition to product price.
If an order is cancelled after dispatch:
• Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Delivery Delays
Since products are imported:
• Delays due to customs, manufacturer schedule changes, or logistics disruptions may occur.
• Such delays do not qualify for refunds unless the supplier cancels the order completely.
8. Refund Processing
If eligible:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Bank processing times may vary
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting NOOB Toys:
• The order may be permanently cancelled
• Future orders may be restricted
• Legal action may be taken in case of fraudulent disputes
