Payment Policy
At NOOB Toys, we specialize in importing premium collectibles and toys from international suppliers. Please read our Payment Policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Prepaid Orders Only
All orders placed on NOOB Toys are Prepaid Only.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
This policy exists because:
• Most products are Pre-Order / Imported items
• Orders are placed with international suppliers after confirmation
• Suppliers require advance payment
• Imported items cannot be cancelled once processed
By completing payment, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept secure digital payment methods including:
• UPI
• Net Banking
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Wallet Payments
• Direct Bank Transfer (For this contact via WhatsApp directly)
All payments must be completed in full before order processing begins.
3. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after:
• Successful payment verification
• Payment receipt confirmation
• Order confirmation message/email from NOOB Toys
If payment fails or remains incomplete:
• The order will not be processed
• Product availability is not guaranteed
4. Pricing & Currency
• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices do not include shipping charges unless clearly mentioned.
• Shipping charges are calculated and paid separately.
Prices may change without prior notice due to:
• International supplier price changes
• Currency fluctuations
• Import or logistics cost variations
However, confirmed and fully paid orders will not be affected by later price changes.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are additional and are not included in the product price.
Shipping is calculated separately based on:
• Product weight and dimensions
• Delivery location
• International and domestic logistics costs
Customers will be informed about applicable shipping charges where necessary.
6. Failed Transactions
In case of:
• Payment failure
• Duplicate payment
• Technical payment error
Please contact us with transaction details.
If funds are debited but the order is not confirmed:
• The amount will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days
• If not, please contact us for assistance
7. Fraud Prevention & Security
To prevent fraudulent activity:
• We reserve the right to verify suspicious transactions
• Orders flagged as high risk may require identity verification
• We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent
If an order is cancelled due to security concerns:
• A full refund will be issued
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact NOOB Toys directly for any payment-related concerns.
If a chargeback or dispute is raised without prior communication:
• The order may be cancelled
• Future purchases may be restricted
• Supporting documentation will be submitted to the payment provider
We aim to resolve all issues amicably and professionally.
