Pre-Order Policy
Welcome to NOOB Toys. We specialize in sourcing premium collectibles and imported toys directly from international suppliers to bring you rare and authentic products.
Please read our Pre-Order Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. What is a Pre-Order?
A Pre-Order item is a product that is not currently in ready stock in India and is imported specially after your order confirmation.
Most of our premium collectibles, anime figures, licensed toys, and limited editions are sourced internationally (primarily from China and other global suppliers).
When you place a pre-order:
• We confirm availability with the supplier
• The order is placed internationally
• The product is shipped to India
• Customs clearance is completed
• The item is dispatched to you
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Since products are imported, delivery timelines vary depending on:
• Manufacturer production schedule
• International shipping
• Customs clearance process
• Product type and size
Estimated Delivery Window: 15 Days – 2 Months
Please note:
• This is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.
• Delays caused by manufacturers, logistics providers, or customs are beyond our direct control.
We aim to deliver as early as possible and always strive to under-promise and over-deliver.
3. Payment Policy (No COD)
All Pre-Order items are Prepaid Only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available because:
• Products are imported specifically for your order
• International suppliers require advance payment
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once processed
By placing an order, you confirm your agreement to prepaid terms.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are additional and are not included in the product price.
Shipping cost depends on:
• Product size and weight
• Delivery location
• International and domestic logistics
Shipping is calculated separately to ensure transparent pricing and that customers only pay actual logistics costs.
There are no hidden fees.
5. Order Cancellation
• Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order has been placed with the international supplier, cancellation may not be possible.
• In such cases, store credit or partial refund may be offered depending on the stage of processing.
6. Supplier Delays & Release Changes
For collectible figures and premium brands:
• Manufacturer release dates may change
• Production may be delayed
• Rare items may be discontinued
If a supplier cancels or fails to deliver the product:
• A full refund will be issued to the customer
7. Authenticity Commitment
NOOB Toys aims to provide authentic, high-quality collectibles.
We work with trusted suppliers and distributors to bring you licensed and premium products whenever applicable.
8. Customer Responsibility
By placing a Pre-Order, you acknowledge:
• Delivery may take 15–60 days
• Shipping charges are separate
• Orders are prepaid only
• Delays may occur due to international logistics
