Return Policy
NOOB Toys
At NOOB Toys, we deal primarily in premium imported and pre-order collectibles. Due to the nature of these products, returns are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. 7-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, return requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
✔ Product received is damaged
✔ Product received is defective
✔ Incorrect item delivered
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Delivery delays within the estimated window (15–60 days)
• Minor packaging dents caused by international shipping
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
3. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for return:
• The product must be unused
• Original packaging must be intact
• All accessories, manuals, and inserts must be included
• Product must be returned in original condition
Used, altered, or tampered products will not be eligible for return.
4. Reporting a Return
To initiate a return within 7 days, you must provide:
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of packaging
• Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
• Order details
Requests without proof may not be approved.
5. Replacement or Refund
After verification and approval:
• A replacement may be provided (subject to availability), OR
• A refund may be issued if replacement is not possible
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
6. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the error is from NOOB Toys
• Shipping is charged separately and is not included in the product price
7. Pre-Order & Imported Item Disclaimer
Most products are imported and sourced on demand.
• Minor box imperfections may occur due to international transit
• Such packaging issues do not qualify as damage
• Delivery timeline (15–60 days) is estimated and not a ground for return
8. Return Authorization Required
No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
Do not send products back without confirmation from NOOB Toys.
